USA exchange

Once a year, we organize an exchange Polska-USA. Interns are selected from a large number of applicants and spend a month with the Engineering Motorola Solutions teams in Chicago and Schaumburg, developing new skills and expanding their experience. They have a unique opportunity to gain knowledge about MSI solutions developed in the USA (together with the teams in the Cracow center) and learn about new technologies, methodologies/development processes. Networking with the USA teams will result in more effective cooperation in international structures.

Trainees can also travel through the United States, learn about American culture, and make new friends.
